Our pole dance class is the perfect fit for you if you are looking to break out of your regular workout routine, try something new, or even if you just want to feel incredibly awesome.... because that is what it does - it makes you feel like a total badass. Starting out as a beginner? That's perfectly ok. You will build your strength and skills along the way. There is lots to do at every level. Our classes begin with a warm up and conditioning sequence, moving into pole flows, spins and fun manoeuvres on the pole. We end each class with a little combo, learning to create routines with our new skills. Every body, every level, every human is welcome to dance it out with us! Each class is 75 minutes. Schedule: ・Wednesday : 7.30pm ・Friday : 7.30pm ・Saturday : 11.00am & 12.30pm. (Our current classes are Intro & Level 1; Please reach out to us for Intermediate/Advanced levels.) Taught by Ria Bajaj, Founder of Airbound aerial arts company, & Joanna Michelle.

Cancellation Policy

All sales are final, and will not be refunded unless instructor cancels the session. In the case that the instructor cancels, the student will be fully refunded. If the student cancels with LESS than 24 hours before the planned session, the student will NOT be refunded nor rescheduled. If the student cancels with MORE than 48 hours before the planned session, they ARE able to reschedule a new session within the instructor’s availability.
