Personal Training: Strength & Flexibility
For a more personalised experience and individualised training program, our private sessions are the best option. Private classes are available on a one on one basis, for two friends who wish to train together and even for small groups.
Each class will be designed to work towards specific goals be it more mobility, a stronger core, better inversions or greater flexibility. These sessions will be tailored to suit your level of experience, and programmed to work towards your specific goals. And yes, you can start as a beginner too!
Each class is 75 minutes.
Private classes are scheduled as per the student and teacher's convenience. Student's can book a single session or a package. Please reach out to us for our pricing details.
